Development means is a act or process of progressing or developing society or community. It also called positive change in something or somebody. Every thing in this world is changeable. An event constituting a new stage in changing sitution.

Our country Nepal is not able to produce skilled human resource. There is enough natural resources to develop the country. National development is not possible without skilled human power. In Nepal there is not good security system. Nepal will be able to provide them with enough facilities to secure their future in the country. Nepal government should provide education to each member of society because education is the back bone of development. People should participate in the development programs.
